Buildings are complex structures, with the need to constantly evolve to suit changing user needs, as well as requiring occasional repairs, maintenance and servicing. Hambury Services Ltd provide minor works to buildings and facilities; our ethos is to partner with the client, understand their business needs and working practices.
Building works extend to include mechanical and electrical engineering services, repairs and
maintenance. As well as minor alterations to fabric and structure, Hambury Services will carry out
building surveys and provide consultation on building use and occupation. This includes
submissions for local authority building control in line with the Building Regulations and Approved
Documents. Statutory requirements form an intrinsic part of cost-effective buildings which exceed
our clients’ expectations.
Our expertise in Facilities Management is highly beneficial. We ensure client needs are met with effective management and administration. We conduct post-occupancy evaluations and provide management and maintenance services.
Hambury Services are accredited designers under the Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS) and hold professional indemnity for design. Designs are prepared by in-house CAD design. In partnership with Facilities Manager, Hambury Services will budget, plan and execute any works, large or small, without any interruption to our client’s activities.
