Hambury are corporate members of the British Safety Council and senior management are trained in the management of all aspects of health and safety.
Carepoint Associates Ltd specialise in construction health and safety and are members of the Association of Project Safety. Carepoint will undertake the role of CDM co-ordinator for projects under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM), and provide consultation to clients on construction health and safety. This extends to compiling ‘pre-tender’ information for notifiable projects, auditing and approving construction phase health and safety plans.
Practice extends to planning and sustainability; we will also assess the impact of construction works on the local and broader environment, as well as implement site waste management plans under the Site Waste Management Regulations 2008 (SWMP). Fire safety audits complement our services to building owners and occupiers; we can conduct surveys and provide detailed reporting on fire safety in buildings, in line with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2006.
